The Fishermens Oasis home is located in the pristine Yosemite Forks subdivision of Oakhurst, above 3000 ft elevation. Its only 12 miles to the South gate of Yosemite and 4 miles to Bass Lake where you can enjoy year-round fishing. Walk to Lewis Creek and cool off after a day of hiking in Yosemite and enjoy the private resident park and BBQ on the creek. This home has air conditioning and fast WiFi.
This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master has a Cal-king bed with a down alternative comforter, 42' LED TV w\ netflix. Fall asleep listening to the sound of the water flowing from the granite waterfall right outside the sliding glass door! The second room has a Cal-King bed with a down alternative comforter, 32' LED TV w\ netflix and blu ray player. The third room has a full/twin bunk bed with a twin trundle, 32” LCD TV w\ an Xbox with over 150 games. All mattresses are high quality memory foam. The large living room sectional is top grain Italian leather and has a full size memory foam sofa bed. This home can accommodate up to 8 guest. In the winter time enjoy snuggling up to a fire in the wood burning stove, or watch a movie on the 60” LED TV with surround sound. There is Wi-Fi and an Xbox 360 with lots of games to keep the kids entertained. Enjoy a BBQ on the large deck, or cook a meal in the well-stocked kitchen. At the end of your night relax in the Jacuzzi Premium Therapeudic spa before heading off to a great night sleep.
The Fishermen’s Oasis caters to all fishermen from beginner to expert. You will be provided with up to 6 fishing poles, tackle and bait. All set up for use at one of the many surrounding fishing lakes and streams.

Me and my family had an amazing trip couldn’t ask for a more relaxing and fun place. The scenery was beautiful and everyone loved the waterfall and jacuzzi in backyard. Walk to the creek was our and favorite and such friendly and neighbors.

We very much enjoyed our time at Fishermans Oasis. The layout of the home was perfect for us to engage in conversations and activities together while also feeling like everyone had their own space to take a break from family time if desired. The front deck is spacious and convenient for grilling and dining with close proximity to the kitchen and indoor dining table. We loved enjoying morning coffee or lunch on the back patio while listening to the waterfall. The hot tub was appreciated after a long day of hiking. The kids loved having fishing poles and gear ready for the stream or lake. The neighborhood is quiet and the beds are very comfortable. It is a short and easy drive into town for gas, groceries, etc and its a pleasant trip from this home base to Yosemite and other recreational areas nearby. We were sad to leave our home away from home!

I rented the home for my children and their families to stay in over Thanksgiving. The property is so clean and well maintained as are the grounds. My kids were very comfortable and enjoyed their stay.

The house was clean, beds comfortable, great location, and had many movies, games to use (great for a family with kids). The yard was well maintained, the waterfall was beautiful and the hot tub was much enjoyed. We had an issue with the lock box when we arrived, but it was immediately resolved by the very friendly and helpful staff. Great location - near Yosemite, Bass Lake (Duceys is a wonderful restaurant at the Pines Resort), and Oakhurst has many restaurants, Art galleries, and even a Starbucks. I highly recommend this place and would rent again if vacationing in the area in the future.

The home was well kept and all the information that was included in the home was helpful and made our stay very comfortable. The door was not programmed to allow us entry at the check in. We arrived at 4:30. It did not take long for someone to get us in the home.
We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to our friends. The neighborhood was quiet and very pretty. The distance to town and Yosemite made it a perfect location to stay.

the stay was very comfortable. curtains on patio door could have helped but did not bother us in anyway. we liked fully stocked kitchen even though we didn't use much it's always better to have backup. the bedrooms were spacious and so was entire house. we liked the Netflix and sling subscription.

We enjoyed staying in the home outside the park where we could come back after s day of hiking and relax inside or out on the deck. The grocery was easily accessed and we were able to grill every evening and have food for breakfast before heading out in the morning. The home was a perfect size for our family. Only drawback was it was an hour and 15 minutes to most trailheads. But a lot of driving is going to be necessary almost anywhere you stay near Yosemite.

We had a great time during our stay at the fisherman’s oasis! The house was very clean and well stocked for what we needed. Thank you for having some extras like the hot cocoa and spices. The beds were very comfortable and it was great that there were pillow options for different thickness preference. The waterfall was great and the front porch was lovely to sit out on. The weather was perfect as well!

This was the 2nd place that we have rented thru Scenic Wonders This place is so peaceful and comfortable to stay at. We loved how clean the place was. The fountain is is beautiful to watch.
